THE JOB

Reporting to the Head of Sales Order Processing you will be responsible for order processing in a professional and efficient manner. You will take ownership of orders from sales through to competition using your initiative to ensure and problem solving skills to ensure the number of orders that cancel is minimised. 

THE PERSON

You will be self-motivated and people focused with a passion for providing a positive customer experience and exceeding internal and external customers' expectations. You should have a natural ability to solve problems, build rapport with the network partners and take personal responsibility for processing orders accurately and efficiently delivering a positive customer experience.
